Ranjel Mendoza, MBA, CCRC

Ranjel Mendoza, MBA, CCRC is our Clinical Director. He has been in clinical research since 2005 and has extensive experience in its many aspects including but not limited to marketing, regulatory, quality assurance, coordination, and more. For over 25 years, he has held positions of leadership in various industries and areas of interests ranging from theatre management to web design, programming and administration to single-/multi-site management. His expertise in strategic planning is vital to the continued operation and targeted expansion of our Clinical Research Center.

Janice Christopher

Janice Christopher began her career in medicine as an LPN who graduated at the top of her class. Her deep love of learning led her to boast a Bachelor's as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration. With a medical background, coupled with her 26 years in research and her business degree, Jan is invaluable in heading up Desert Endocrinology's Clinical Research Center.

Nathan Tauta

Over the past three years, Nathan Tauta has worked for Desert Endocrinology and their Clinical Research Center. His desire to gain more experience in the research field and its procedures, has led Nathan to become a certified Phlebotomist. With a 4.0 GPA Nathan continues his education with a double major in Business Administration and Education. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, Nathan continues to provide excellent patient care, study trial experience, and numerous of other on site clinical coordinating services to pharmaceutical industries.

Tina Martinez

Tina Martinez has been a Medical Assistant for 28 years. Her background consists of primary medicine, Along with a few different specialties such as Rheumatology, Spine surgery, and Urology. Although her passion has been working in Clinical Research, which she has spent 4 years in, working with both Janice Christopher and Ranjel Mendoza. She is excited to be on board with Desert Endocrinology, striving to bring the best care to each and every patient who comes to the Clinical Research Center team.
